E-commerce

• Creation of the online store or E-Commerce and registration of the product catalog: you will have at your disposal a catalog in your online store, in which your products will be available, through their registration, import or load. The solution includes the upload of at least 100 references of your products, unless you do not have this number, in which case it may be less.
• Payment methods: the Digitizing Agent you have selected will configure and integrate the payment methods in your online store.
• Responsive Design: your E-Commerce can be used on all types of devices.
• Accessibility: the design of your online store will comply with the compliance criteria of level AA of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines.
• Basic positioning on the internet: your online store will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).
• Self-manageable: you will also have a content management platform so you can modify the contents of your website without help.
• Shipping methods: you will have configured and integrated the digital and physical shipping methods of the products in your online store.

Process Management

• Accounting/finances: accounts receivable/payable, asset management and generation of closings and balances, etc.
• Billing: automation of billing processes with the generation of budgets, delivery notes and invoices, adapted to the requirements of Article 29.2.j) of the Tax Law 58/2003, of December 17, and its developing regulations.
• Projects: control of budgets, costs, estimates, optimization of resources, etc.
• Inventory: forecast, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.
• Purchases and payments: management of purchase orders and suppliers.
• Human resources: human resources management, payrolls, etc.
• Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.

• Updatable: you will access updates of the solution with new versions.
• Scalable: if your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will adapt to these changes.
• Compliance: you can ensure compliance with applicable regulations, specifically of the Regulation regulating billing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations.

Client Management

• Client management: you will be capable of storing and consulting the data of each of your clients, from their sign-up as a business opportunity and simulate the purchase of products or hiring services.
• Lead Management: You can manually sign-up new leads or through a file import. The data associated with leads will allow their commercial management with the aim of converting them into clients. Additionally, you can parameterize business rules for leads assignment according to different criteria.
• Opportunity Management: You will have the possibility to manage all businesses opportunities that involve sending offers and budgets to the potential client or lead. You can also check the status of each opportunity (in analysis, offer presented, in negotiation, won, cancelled, etc.).
• Commercial Actions or Tasks: The tool implemented by the Digitalizing Agent of your choice will allow you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
• Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up: You can carry out follow-ups using indicators (KPI's), list of opportunities, and others, with different levels of information aggregation depending on your needs. You will also be able to generate reports for the follow-up and monitoring of your commercial activity, contemplating efficiency ratios, phase status, pipeline and other measurable attributes (such as products, quotes, etc.), and according to the channels, profiles, roles and/or commercial phases. These reports will be able to display, at least, monthly, accumulated and/or comparative data between different commercial exercises.
• Alerts: You will be able to view Customer Alerts in different graphical formats (icons, pop-up messages, etc.).
• Document Management: The solution will include a software for the centralized management of documentation capable of inserting and/or linking documents relative to your commercial activity, and those provided by the clients themselves.
• Responsive Design: You will have a functional interface on all types of devices.
• Integration with Various Platforms: You will have APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of your company's information and data.

Cybersecurity

• Antimalware: you will have at your disposal a tool that analyses your device, its internal memory, and external storage devices.
• Antispyware: You will have a tool that detects and prevents spyware.
• Secure email: You will have email analysis tools with the following features:
• Antispam, with detection and filtering of unwanted mail.
• Antiphishing, with detection of emails with links or malware suspected of being used to steal credentials.
• Safe browsing: you will be assured:
• Content control.
• Antiadware to prevent malicious ads.
• Analysis and threat detection: you will be able to understand the behaviour of known and new threats.
• Network monitoring: you will have tools that analyse network traffic and alert you of threats.
• Initial configuration and security updates: you will have an initial configuration for correct use, with respective malware signature updates and other data for threat detection as well as the required periodic security software updates.
• Special training requirements: you will have training for the configuration of security software, and you will have a cybersecurity awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

Website and Basic Internet Presence

• Domain: In case you do not yet have a domain for your website, you will be given one for a minimum period of twelve months. You will have full ownership of the domain.
• Hosting: You will also have your web page hosted for a minimum period of twelve months.
• Website design: As part of the service, you will have the structure of the website, with a minimum of 3 sections. Pages or sections of a website are considered elements such as: landing page, company presentation, contact form, product description, contact details, site map, etc.
• Responsive web: your website will adapt perfectly to any type of device.
• Accessibility: the design of your website will comply with the conformity criteria of level AA of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines.
• Basic positioning on the internet: your SME information will be indexable by the main search engines (On-Page).
• Self-manageable: you will also have a content management platform so that you can modify the content of your website without needing help.
• Optimization of presence in search engines (basic SEO): Keyword analysis, On-Page SEO of 2 pages or sections, indexing and hierarchization of content.
• Multilingual: you will be given the option to have your website prepared for multilingual and translated into a language, in addition to Spanish.

Social Media Management

• Social Media Plan: you will have a social media strategy aligned with your mission and vision, so that it is relevant and connects with your potential clients and loyalizes those users who already are.
• Social networks monitoring: you will have periodically monitored and controlled the impacts of actions in social networks to see your results and know if you are meeting your strategy objectives.
• Social network optimization/Social Media Audit: it will help you optimize performance, analyzing different social channels.
• Management of a social network: the Digitalizing Agent you have selected to provide the solution will administer the profile/user in, at least, one social network.
• Weekly posts publishing: the Digitalizing Agent will publish a minimum of 4-8 entries (posts) monthly on your social networks.
